Workplace Dialogue

An increasingly long supply chain is accompanied by rising complexity of its management. Enhanced labor-management trustemployee participation and empowerment, and workplace dialogue and cooperation play a positive role in the risk management of the supply chain, ultimately contributing to the stability and predictability of the supply chain.

At present in China, an increasing number of brands have started with workplace dialogue and cooperation projects. In such projects, TIMELINE has witnessed the progress of the enterprises and improvement of the workplace atmosphere, mainly reflected in: increased labor-management trust, workers participating in problem-solving, workers’ and managers’ growth in the dialogue and cooperation. On the one hand, it helps the formation of decent work and worker development; on the other hand, it improves labor productivity of enterprises.

Suppliers can be invited to this series. TIMELINE is convinced that enterprises can achieve a win-win situation for both labor and management during the project, rather than simply performing a show.
