Sunday Guo: Senior Project Manager and Survey Department Director

She was awarded dual degree of Bachelor of Science in information management and in publishing & editing at Beijing Normal University. In 2006, she joined Timeline and built a team of survey and research projects. For more than ten years, she has developed a series of survey research projects such as employee satisfaction survey, compliance risk factor assessment, employee relations hazard risk assessment, gender equality study, and CSR project evaluation, building question bank and database and improving survey tools.

More than ten years of work experience has equipped Sunday Guo with good capability of project management, in particular, controlling project risks. She can rapidly organize the team to complete questionnaire/interview outline design, on-site survey execution, quantitative/qualitative data analysis and report writing, competent to keep the research reports consistently scientific and rigorous, and provide customers with valuable information and analysis.

She has participated in various brands’ large-scale corporate social responsibility seminars and shared relevant survey conclusions on behalf of the Timeline, which attracted the attention and heated discussion of the participants.

The key survey and research projects Sunday Guo has been in charge of include: survey series on employee relations management for world-famous brands and large groups, brand social responsibility work impact and effectiveness evaluation, survey on supply chain compliance continuous improvement risk factor and human resource management diagnosis.
