    As the first group of college students after China’s reform and opening-up, Linghui Zhang was enrolled to Sun Yat-Sen Medical University in 1977 and graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine. She used to be a neurological physician with rigorous clinical psychology training. Out of love for psychology and management, she founded Timeline Consultancy in 2001, which is dedicated to interdisciplinary employee relations management practices, promoting continuous improvement of human resource management and employee relations, and helping enterprises in transformation and upgrading to achieve the goal in the aspect of employee relations management, taking corporate social responsibility as the entry point.

    As the earliest trainer and consultant in the field of employee relations management and corporate social responsibility in China, she boasts rich training and consulting experience in corporate management practices. As a senior trainer and expert in this field, she has host dozens of research, training and consulting projects in employee relations management every year, covering the topics of workplace dialogue and cooperation, employee participation, gender equality and employee development, conflict management and employee grievance mechanism, human resource management, leadership, cross-cultural management, employee satisfaction research, employee retention strategies, corporate social responsibility risk factor assessment, and corporate social responsibility project impact assessment, etc.

    After completing high school in China and Australia, Boxuan Meng entered Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in China and Portsmouth University in UK majoring in English Study.
