Vivi Yang has a bachelor’s degree in English from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, with working experience in the UK and Malaysia. She is sensitive to the dynamic changes in CSR at home and abroad and committed to the CSR field.

She is responsible for project management and analysis of cutting-edge information in CSR field, adept at developing management tools in project management and improving team efficiency through continuous improvement of tools, paying attention to team information sharing and thinking deeply on how to build an efficient and united project team and improve team execution.

With solid CSR expertise, she can quickly grasp the needs of customers and provide professional insights in response to their questions. She pays attention to interactive communication with clients in affable language.

Vivi Yang has led projects including Compliance and CSR Training Series and Communication Management Capacity Building Workshop Series for management of a well-known garment manufacturer, Inclusion and Diversity workshop for amfori members, and participated in managing the workplace dialogue program for a Fortune 500 company, BSCI grievance project, as well as development of workplace dialogue best practice guide and toolkits for various world-famous brands.
