This series of training is aimed at factories that are carrying out or preparing for lean production. Different from traditional lean production training, this series does not lay focus on technical sections e.g., production line layout. However, it focuses on the management of people in lean production and emphasizes the importance of people, encourages total involvement, improves staff initiative and morale, encourages staff to solve problems creatively, builds a team with flexibility and combat effectiveness, and ultimately promotes the improvement of enterprise competitive advantage.
